Colin Sweeney
ESI General Manager, ES/2000 Programmer

Mr. Sweeney joined ESI Software Engineering Group, Inc. in 1994 as General Manager and has had primary responsibility for the development of the ES/2002 ERP.  Prior to ESI, Mr. Sweeney was President of Custom Data Services in Arlington, WA from 1992 - 1994. 

From 1988 - 1994 Mr. Sweeney was an independent consultant and contract employee for a number of aerospace subcontractors located in the Pacific Northwest, including: Dyson Industries, Cashmere Manufacturing, and Acro-Tech.  During this period, Mr. Sweeney provided general management services, developed an MRP and estimating system for small manufacturing companies using Microsoft Professional Developers System, developed software to translate CNC machine language for use by multiple brands of machining equipment, and provided business consulting services, including: quality assurance, contracts administration, finance and production management, training for integration of new software into the business Environment.

During 1987 Mr. Sweeney was an employee of SCS providing ERP System implementation services to MCS System customers.  From 1984 - 1986 Mr. Sweeney was Systems Administrator at University Swaging where he procured and then led the implementation of their MCS System.  Prior to University Swaging, Mr. Sweeney was with Evergreen Industries of Mukilteo, WA from 1981 - 1984, where he held positions as Quality Assurance Manager and Contracts Administrator

Mr. Sweeney began his manufacturing career with Triway Manufacturing of Marysville, WA where he held several management positions from 1977 - 1981 including Quality Assurance Manager.  Mr. Sweeney was a manager with Fred Meyer from 1975 - 1977 and President of Pacific Tire Centers from 1970 - 1975.

Mr. Sweeney attended both Western Washington University and Everett Community College pursuing studies in both business and industrial engineering.  Mr. Sweeney served as a Lieutenant in the United States Army from 1969 - 1973.  Mr. Sweeney serves on the Board of ESI SEG as a Director and is a shareholder of ESI SEG.
