Dan Paquette
ESI General Manager & Director, ERP Business Consulting
Mr. Paquette brings fourteen years of manufacturing and information technology
experience in the Aerospace Machining and Assembly, Electronics Manufacturing,
Engineering Design, Fabrication, and Castings industries to ESI. Mr.
Paquette provides ESI with the skill set and expertise
that will help ESI grow its
core ERP software product and ERP consulting business beyond its current
regional borders. Dan has extensive training in personnel management, SPC,
project management, lean manufacturing, inventory management, and reengineering
business processes.
Before joining ESI, Mr. Paquette worked for Cashmere Manufacturing, Precision
Circuits
Pacific Coast Technologies, and Pacific Aerospace and Electronics, several of
which were Boeing sub-contractors. At Pacific Aerospace Mr. Paquette was
the Manufacturing Manager and Director of Information Technologies. As
the Director of Information Technologies at Pacific Aerospace, Mr. Paquette
oversaw the implementation of ESI's ERP system, MCS, in six divisions with a
diverse product mix. He also helped reduce manufacturing variance
costs by 15%.
Mr. Paquette also sits on an advisory board for a community technology center
being
built in Wenatchee, Washington.
