"Take charge" person to manage administrative and accounting activities. Management responsibilities and accountabilities will include: services billing, customer service and support requests, human resources, facilities infrastructure.

Accounting and MS Office expertise and experience highly desirable.

 

 


Customer Support Coordinator

Experienced, personable, well organized person to coordinate customer support and response activities.  Responsibilities and accountabilities will include: Entry of and follow-up on customer service and support requests, first level customer support, scheduling of customer support resources, including: network technicians, software engineers and software applications trainers and consultants; preparation and distribution of customer support performance reports.

MS Office expertise and software customer support experience highly desirable.
