| MCS System Payroll Tax Table Update - June 2003 |

Your accounting department probably received a
revised "Circular E" redefining certain payroll tax rates for the balance
of 2003 and through December 2004.
If you are using the MCS System's payroll module to
assist you in the processing of your company's payroll, you must make
certain changes to the MCS System's tax tables. These changes and
how to perform them are outlined in the attached
document.
The attached document consists of the cover page of
IRS publication 15-T, a page showing which tables in publication 15-T that
must be used to update your system's tax tables, and a page from the
payroll system's user manual defining how to update the MCS System's
payroll tax tables.
