ES/2000 Quality Assurance Module

Today's clients and consumers are more demanding and are expecting higher product standards.  The need to create strong quality assurance criteria is critical in order to build a strong foundation for quality management, a key component to the success of a company. The challenge, however, to manually meet and sustain ISO compliance standards can seem unmanageable, involving a substantial commitment of company resources to keep current and responsive to client demand.

The ES/2000 Quality Assurance Module creates a data depository upon which companies can build a quality assurance process, conduct sample testing, track inventory expiration, maintain standards compliance and perform the document and data control required for ISO, and other regulatory agency compliance.

The ES/2000 Quality Assurance Module allows the user to view the results of all data collected from Quality Inspection data. The data may be filtered according to the users desire to focus on any combination of customers, part numbers, work centers, and defect codes.

1. Rejection Tags
After working with Boeing sub-contactors for more than 20 years and experiencing the demands placed on them by Boeing for high quality, ESI has built the "Best of Breed" Quality Assurance module in the business. The cost of defects places a heavy burden on manufacturing organizations. With ever increasing competition and the high cost to fix mistakes, the need for proactive quality assurance is greater than ever before. ES/2000's Quality Assurance Rejection Tags section allows you to instantly create rejection tags by customer, by WIP job order, by characteristic, by vendor and by responsibility. It gives a complete history by job or by department.

2. First Article Inspection
ES/2000's First Article Inspection section verifies the design against its specification for the initial source and any new sources. The First Article Inspection section allows the manufacturer or distributor to perform testing to ensure that the product meets the specification; or perform verification testing and analyses with attendant certification of compliance with each system delivered.

3. Statistical Process Control
ES/2000's Statistical Process Control (SPC) section is used to measure quality and efficiencies during production. Effective use of SPC will bring the quality level and the throughput up. ES/2000's SPC section gives the business manager mathematics and statistical measurements to help solve quality problems.

4. On Dock Inspection
Using ES/2000's "QuickBooks" like Quality Assurance On Dock Inspection section's simple, graphical GUI, you can monitor dock activity, check in carriers, assign doors, manage dock appointment schedules, authorize shipment staging and release shipments
