How to obtain support during the work day
ESI's Customer Support representatives are available to
respond to your phone calls, web-based requests, faxes, and e-mails during our
normal business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
For Web-based requests:

customer service.
For Phone based requests:
CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE at 866-768-7971, ext. 2. This number may also be used
to follow-up on existing customer requests.

For E-Mail based requests:
E-Mail ESI's supports services at support@entsys.com 24 hours a day with the
Customer Support Request Tracking Form as an attachment to the E-Mail message.
Customer Support Request Tracking Forms
Tracking numbers are assigned to each Customer Support Request Tracking Form
submitted and you are notified of this number via fax or e-mail. The tracking
numbers help ESI and you, the customer, track the status of your request.
Please make copies of the request forms provided to you by ESI to have
available for users when questions or problems arise. Let us know if you would
like to receive the request form in Microsoft Word format.
AFTER HOURS AND WEEKENDS
If you have a problem after hours, that cannot wait until the
next business day, give us a call. CALL ESI'S EMERGENCY PAGING SYSTEM: Call
ESI at 866-368-7971. Once you reach our phone system's auto attendant press 555
for emergency assistance. An automatic page will be sent to the on-call
technicians. We will respond as quickly as possible.
